Gomis World Tour collects no data about you. We have no servers, there are no accounts, and we don’t know who plays.
What we don’t collect
We don’t collect, store or share personal, usage or diagnostic data. The game contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs.
If you have agreed in your iPhone or iPad settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may pass us crash reports and aggregated statistics. Apple collects and manages them, they don’t tell us who you are, and we use them only to fix bugs.
Your progress
The levels you clear, your stars, your daily challenge streak, your collection, your friends, your pets and your settings are stored on the iPhone or iPad you play on. The daily challenge widget reads that data inside your own device. We cannot see it.
iCloud and Game Center
If iCloud is turned on, your progress syncs between your devices through your own iCloud account. Apple handles this: we have no access to that data and cannot see it.
If you use Game Center, your achievements and scores are handled by Apple with your Game Center account, under Apple’s privacy policy. We don’t receive your identity.
Permissions
Gomis doesn’t ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos or contacts. It asks for your approximate location only if you turn on the weather widget (explained just below), and for permission to send notifications if you want a daily challenge reminder; they are local, scheduled by your own device, and never go through any server of ours. It works without an internet connection.
The weather widget
The “Weather Gomi” widget dresses your Gomi for the weather where you are. It’s optional: it stays off until you switch it on in Settings and allow approximate location, and you can turn it off there or in your iPhone settings whenever you like.
We use the approximate location iOS provides, not the precise one, and we round it further to about a kilometre. It is stored only on your device and used only to ask Apple Weather (WeatherKit), Apple’s weather service, for the forecast; Apple handles it under its own privacy policy. It never reaches us: we don’t see it, store it or share it with anyone. If you turn the widget off or withdraw the permission, the app deletes the saved location.
Weather data is provided by Apple Weather. Data sources are listed at weatherkit.apple.com/legal-attribution.html.
Purchases
Gomis World Tour is a free download on the App Store. Gomis Complete is bought inside the app. In both cases Apple is the seller and handles payment. We don’t receive your payment details or your identity.

Your rights
You can ask us for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of, or object to the processing of, any data we hold about you, which can only be your emails, by writing to info@jlcreativestudio.es. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, it is updated on this page with its date.
