Licence

Gomis World Tour is distributed through the App Store and its use is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with what this page says. If anything here contradicts Apple’s EULA, the EULA prevails.

Free download and Gomis Complete

  • Gomis World Tour is a free download. The daily challenge, Worlds 1 and 2 (100 levels with their minigames), the first chapter of the Gomi Sudoku Path, the first 30 Jars, Zen Mode and the seasonal events are free to play.
  • Gomis Complete is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the rest of the road. It is not a subscription: you pay once, it does not renew and there will never be another payment.
  • It has no ads. Lives are never bought and you never have to wait to get them back. What you have already cleared never gets locked.
  • The price is the one the App Store shows in your country at the time of purchase.
  • The purchase is tied to your Apple Account: you can restore it on your other iPhones and iPads from Settings without paying again, and it can be shared with Family Sharing.
  • Apple is the seller. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.
  • If you buy in the European Union, you have the right of withdrawal that the law gives you. As Apple is the seller, withdrawal and refunds are requested from Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits that right.

The game

  • The levels, Gomi Sudoku, Jars, the Town, the daily challenge, seasonal events, missions, the collection, the friends and the pets are included in the app. Events and missions appear according to the date on your iPhone or iPad.
  • We may add, change or remove content in updates, such as events or prizes, to improve the game.
  • Your progress is stored on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own iCloud account. We hold no copy of it: without iCloud, if you delete the app or change devices, it may be lost.

Responsible use

Don’t use the app to break the law or infringe other people’s rights, and don’t try to copy, decompile or redistribute the game, its levels or its artwork, except as the law allows.

Limitation of liability

Gomis is provided as is. We take care to make it work well, but we don’t guarantee that it will work without errors in every case or on every device.

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for loss of progress or data, or for losses arising from the use of the app. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live and you keep the protection given by the law of your country of residence.

Changes

If these terms change, they are updated on this page with their date.
