LOIGO collects no data about you. We have no servers, there are no accounts, and we don’t know who uses the app.

What we don’t collect

We don’t collect, store or share personal, usage or diagnostic data. The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs.

If you have agreed in your iPhone or iPad settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may pass us crash reports and aggregated statistics. Apple collects and manages them, they don’t tell us who you are, and we use them only to fix bugs.

Your voice

To follow the script, LOIGO listens to the microphone and recognises what you say using Apple’s speech models, on the iPhone or iPad itself. The audio and the recognised text never leave the device.

The first time you use a language, the system downloads Apple’s speech model for it. iOS handles that download, and it sends nothing of what you say.

Your scripts and takes

Scripts, folders, versions and take records are stored on the device. If iCloud is turned on, they sync between your devices through your own iCloud account. Apple handles this: we have no access to that data and cannot see it.

Videos are not uploaded to iCloud. They stay on the device you recorded them on until you share or export them.

Permissions

The app asks for these permissions and uses them only for what is stated:

• Microphone: to follow your voice and record the take’s sound.
• Speech recognition: to recognise what you say, on the device.
• Camera: to record the take while you read.
• Photos (add only): to save the takes you choose to export to your camera roll. The app does not read your photos.
• Local network: so another iPhone or iPad can act as a remote. The connection is encrypted and goes from one device to the other within your network, never reaching the internet.

You can withdraw any of these permissions in iOS Settings. The feature that needs it then stops being available.

Purchases

LOIGO Pro and the 7-day trial are obtained through the App Store. Apple is the seller and handles payment. We don’t receive your payment details or your identity: the app only checks with Apple, from the device, whether the purchase exists.

This website

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, has no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: no fonts, scripts or external images.

It is hosted by Vercel Inc., acting as data processor. To serve the site and protect it from abuse, Vercel logs technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, the browser (user agent) and the page requested, and keeps it for a limited time under its own terms. We use it for nothing else. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This data may be processed in the United States. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also applies the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

If you email us

If you email us, we process your address, your name if you include it, and what you tell us, only to reply and resolve your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling what you ask us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep those emails for 2 years from the last message in the conversation and then delete them. We share them with no one. Email is hosted by Hostalia, our email provider, acting as data processor. If you want us to delete them sooner, just ask.

Children

LOIGO is not directed at children under 14 and collects no data from anyone, children included. If you are under 14, don’t email us without your parents’ or guardians’ permission.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of, or object to the processing of, any data we hold about you, which can only be your emails, by writing to info@jlcreativestudio.es. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, it is updated on this page with its date.
