Terms of use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Licence

LOIGO is distributed through the App Store and its use is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with what this page says. If anything here contradicts Apple’s EULA, the EULA prevails.

LOIGO Pro

  • The app is free to download. LOIGO Pro unlocks voice follow, the take engine, mirror, the remote, export and the take log.
  • LOIGO Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription: you pay once and it does not renew.
  • The price is the one the App Store shows in your country at the time of purchase.
  • You can restore the purchase on another iPhone or iPad with the same Apple Account, from Settings › LOIGO Pro › Restore purchases.
  • Apple is the seller of LOIGO Pro. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.
  • If you buy in the European Union, you have the right of withdrawal that the law gives you. As Apple is the seller, withdrawal and refunds are requested from Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits that right.

The 7-day trial

  • The trial is a free, non-consumable App Store item. It unlocks LOIGO Pro for 7 days from when you activate it.
  • It is offered once. It does not renew and does not turn into a charge.
  • When it ends, the Pro features stop being available and the app keeps working in its free version. Your scripts and takes are kept.

Responsible use

  • You are responsible for the content you write, read and record with LOIGO.
  • If you record other people, you need their consent. It is also up to you to respect their image and voice rights, the intellectual property of the texts you read and the rules of the place where you record.
  • Don’t use the app to break the law or infringe other people’s rights.

Your content

Your content is stored on your devices and, if you turn it on, in your iCloud. We hold no copy of anything. Keep copies of what matters to you, especially videos, which are not synced.

Limitation of liability

LOIGO is provided as is. We take care to make it work well, but we don’t guarantee that voice follow or export will work without errors in every case, device or language.

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for loss of recordings or data, or for losses arising from the use of the app. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live and you keep the protection given by the law of your country of residence.

Changes

If these terms change, they are updated on this page with their date.
